Terms & conditions
The terms that govern access to and use of LEED/AI — our website, dashboards, communication hubs, AI-assisted workflows, messaging, scheduling, analytics, and related products.
Effective & last updated · June 2026
01 · Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LEED/AI, including our website, dashboards, communication hubs, AI-assisted workflows, messaging services, scheduling services, analytics, and related products (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Leed/AI, based in Hyderabad, India.
By creating an account, clicking “Get Started,” or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
02 · What LEED/AI is
LEED/AI is an AI-Assisted Communication Operating System. It helps users capture, verify, qualify, organize, prioritize, route, summarize, schedule, and analyze communication and opportunities.
LEED/AI is not a law firm, a financial advisor, an autonomous sales representative, an autonomous executive, or a guarantee of sales or business outcomes.
03 · Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- You can lawfully enter into a binding agreement.
- You comply with applicable law in your use of the Services.
- You provide accurate account and business information.
- You use the Services only for lawful business or professional purposes.
- If acting on behalf of a company or organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
04 · Account responsibilities
- Maintaining account confidentiality and restricting unauthorized access to your account.
- Ensuring your configuration, content, pricing data, instructions, and uploaded business materials are accurate and lawful.
- Reviewing AI-generated drafts, recommendations, and outputs before relying on them.
- Ensuring communications sent through LEED/AI comply with law and platform rules.
05 · AI-assisted nature of the service
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some cases. AI-generated content must be reviewed before use in sensitive or business-critical contexts. The governing principle of LEED/AI is: AI Assists. Humans Decide.
06 · User content and business content
You retain all rights to content you submit, upload, or provide (“Your Content”). By using the Services, you grant LEED/AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, index, process, and use Your Content solely to deliver the Services to you. We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
07 · Lead and contact interactions
LEED/AI may collect and verify contact details, ask qualification questions, generate internal summaries, provide suggested replies, and send status updates, reminders, and communication notices.
08 · Prohibited uses
- Violate law or third-party rights.
- Send unlawful spam or deceptive communications.
- Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defraud others.
- Attempt to access another client’s data.
- Prompt the AI to reveal private prompts, hidden instructions, trade secrets, credentials, or confidential data.
- Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- Create fraudulent accounts, fake leads, or token-farming workflows.
- Use the service to make unauthorized financial commitments or contractual promises.
- Impersonate others without lawful authority.
09 · Safety, trust, and platform controls
To protect users and the integrity of the platform, we operate a range of technical and operational controls, including:
- Identity verification — OTP, email, and phone verification at account creation and sensitive actions.
- Abuse and spam detection — automated systems flag unusual activity, spam patterns, and suspicious message volumes.
- Prompt injection defence — inbound messages are screened to prevent manipulation of the AI system.
- Rate limits — messaging, OTP, and API actions are capped to prevent abuse and protect other users.
- Device and network analysis — signals used to detect bot traffic, credential stuffing, and anomalous access patterns.
- Malware scanning — files uploaded to the platform are scanned before storage or processing.
- Trust scoring — accounts and interactions are scored to surface high-risk behaviour for review.
We may act on these signals — including restricting features, requiring re-verification, or suspending an account — without prior notice where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or other users.
10 · Billing, plans, and limits
Paid plans may include limits, quotas, or caps related to qualified conversations, seats, storage, alerts, emails, WhatsApp or SMS notifications, knowledge base size, scheduling volume, usage-based overages, and premium features.
11 · No guarantee of results
LEED/AI does not guarantee number of leads, number of qualified opportunities, response rates, conversion rates, sales outcomes, revenue results, campaign performance, or business growth.
12 · Third-party services
LEED/AI may integrate with third-party platforms and service providers. We are not responsible for the independent acts, outages, policy changes, pricing changes, content, or failures of third-party services.
13 · Intellectual property
LEED/AI and its software, workflows, branding, documentation, interface design, and underlying systems are protected by intellectual property laws.
14 · Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, create legal, financial, reputational, or security risk, abuse messaging or AI systems, attempt unauthorized access, or fail to pay fees when due.
Where we terminate access for reasons unrelated to a breach or non-payment — for example, if we discontinue a plan tier or exit a market — we will provide at least 30 days’ written notice by email to the address on your account, and will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your current billing period.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from Settings.
15 · Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
16 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEED/AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to LEED/AI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
17 · Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEED/AI and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
18 · Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved in your local courts, that requirement prevails.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at Support@leed-ai.com to seek an informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of notice.
19 · Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, new feature descriptions), updated Terms become effective when posted. For material changes — including changes to pricing, the liability cap, the content licence grant, or the dispute resolution mechanism — we will notify you by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
