How subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and billing changes work on Leed/AI.

01 · Subscription plans
LEED/AI may offer paid subscription plans with different limits, features, seats, notification capacity, usage caps, and overage rules. The plan you select at checkout, along with its included monthly quota of qualified conversations, governs your billing.
02 · Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal, and access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
03 · Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where billed in error, or where LEED/AI expressly approves a refund in writing.
To request a refund, contact Support@leed-ai.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refund requests for billing errors must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and communicate a decision within 10 business days.
Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Annual plans: Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not prorated unless required by applicable law. You will retain access until the end of the current annual billing period.
04 · Non-refundable items
- Subscription fees for service already used.
- Usage-based overages (qualified conversations beyond your plan limit).
- Messaging costs (WhatsApp, SMS, and similar pass-through charges).
- Third-party pass-through charges.
- Setup or onboarding fees, if applicable.
- Custom services or custom implementation work.
05 · Failed payments
If billing fails, LEED/AI may retry payment, notify the account owner, restrict premium features, suspend or downgrade service, or pause usage beyond the free or unpaid allowance until payment is resolved.
06 · Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You gain access to the higher plan’s limits and features right away. The remaining days in your current billing period are applied as a prorated credit toward your new plan’s cost.
Downgrading: Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan’s features and limits until the period closes. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.
07 · Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Where statutory consumer rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
