Acceptable use

01 · Allowed use

LEED/AI is for legitimate business communication: capturing and qualifying inbound inquiries about your real products and services, and responding to people who contacted you.

02 · Prohibited use

• Illegal products or services, fraud, or deceptive schemes.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or adult-services solicitation.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
• Buying, scraping, or importing contact lists for cold outreach.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or attempts to breach other tenants’ data.
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or consent requirements.

03 · Messaging rules

• Marketing messages require explicit opt-in consent; unsubscribe requests are honored automatically and permanently.
• SMS is for transactional communications (verification, appointment reminders, urgent alerts) — not bulk marketing. SMS sent through LEED/AI must comply with TRAI DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) regulations: all sender IDs (headers) and message templates must be registered on a TRAI-approved DLT platform before sending commercial messages in India. Using LEED/AI for unregistered commercial SMS is a violation of this policy and Indian telecoms law.
• WhatsApp business-initiated messages must use approved templates per Meta’s policies.
• Email campaigns must comply with applicable anti-spam law (including India’s IT Act and, for EU recipients, the GDPR).
• Spam complaints or abnormal bounce rates may lead to channel suspension.

04 · AI misuse

• Don’t attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or extraction of system instructions.
• Don’t configure the assistant to make claims you cannot legally make (medical, financial, legal guarantees).
• Don’t use the AI to generate deceptive or harmful content.

05 · Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, channel suspension, or account termination depending on severity. Where required, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Fees are not refunded for terminations caused by policy violations (see Refund Policy).
